About Ric -

Ric is a San Diego native and knows the area extremely well. Ric has been involved in real estate since 1989, where at the age of 25, he achieved the level of Senior Property Analyst for San Diego based Challenge Systems Inc. While working with Challenge Systems Inc. he traveled the country teaching hard-nosed real estate investing with America's best selling author, Robert G. Allen. Ric became a licensed Realtor in 1993 and has continued to teach and mentor buyers and sellers of real estate. During this time he’s been a Mortgage broker and a Realtor, completing both parts of the transaction for his clients. Thru over 26 years of experience, Ric has developed unparalleled negotiating skills, expert mortgage knowledge and extensive real estate wisdom.  This makes him an indispensable team member to have on either side of your real estate transaction. Ric has also co-authored a best selling book with marketing expert, Dan Kennedy, called Stand Apart. Ric leads and over sees a team of highly dedicated professionals. He gives expert advice to create a team of professionals that, as a group, help all the clients we serve. Over the years he has honed his skills and is one of San Diego's premier Realtors.

About Kim -

Kim was born and raised in Madison Wisconsin and holds tightly to the Mid-west values. Before starting her real estate career, Kim was a stay at home mother, raising 3 children and focusing on their sports and education.  During this time she also spent 4 years as a advocate for Voices for Children here in San Diego, helping disadvantaged children in our system, making a difference in 4 children’s lives under her care. Kim has been in Real Estate since 2006 working with Ric Goodman as a team member.  Again, making a difference in people’s lives, helping them to realize and achieve their goals in purchasing or selling their homes.
